8-inch Statues Shipping in the US:

Shipping and handling of the 8-inch statues in the US is $15.

You should receive your order within approximately 7 – 10 business days. If for any reason your product can’t ship within that time we will notify you right away. Most packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

8-inch Statues International Shipping:

For international orders please do not place your order through the website. Please contact us directly to find out shipping and handling costs for your country. Once you approve the shipping, we will invoice you for the total amount via Paypal and process your order.

24-inch Statues:

Prices:
Marble finish / bronze finish: $475
White finish / almond finish: $395

The 24-inch statues are not available for purchase on our website. Please contact us directly to receive a shipping quote. Because these large statues are made on demand it can be 6-8 weeks or more from the time you pay for your statue until the time you receive it.

Please provide us with your desired statue name and finish and your shipping address in the US and we will let you know the expected shipping cost and delivery time. Once you approve that, we will invoice you for the total amount via Paypal and process your order.

We do not ship 24″ statues outside the U.S.

Multiple Orders:

If you wish to order more than one statue, please contact us so we can adjust your shipping cost based on the quantity and destination address.

Product Returns:

You have the option to refund or exchange your purchase within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Please, do not return product before receiving return authorization from us. We will not exchange or refund products sent without return authorization. Returns must arrive in new condition to be eligible for refund or exchange.

Directions for Returns:

1. Use our contact form to let us know you wish to refund or exchange your original purchase.
2. Once you receive return authorization from us, carefully pack the product appropriately to ensure the product will not be damaged during shipment. Use the original box if you still have it. You are responsible for return shipping.
3. Include a copy of your invoice.
4. Ship to: Crystal Hermitage, 14618 Tyler Foote Road, Nevada City, CA 95959.

Once we receive the product in new condition we will issue your refund to the credit card used for the original purchase, or by sending a check. In cases where you have requested an exchange, your new product will be shipped as soon as possible following the arrival of your return.

There is no processing fee.
The only risk to you is that you will not be refunded for return shipping charges.
